3 Children Found Dead in a Tube Well in Bulandshahr

Police said, prima facie, it was revealed that the three children were shot dead before being thrown into the well.

Bodies of two girls and a boy were found in a tube well in Bulandshahr’s Dhooturi village in Uttar Pradesh, on Saturday, 25 May. Police said, prima facie, it was revealed that the three children were shot dead before being thrown into the well. Blood and cartridge was also found near the well.

The three minors have been identified as Masood Abdul (10), Asma (11) and Aliba (12), according to a report in Business Standard.

“Three children went missing yesterday. It has been established that the children were shot dead and thrown in the tube well. The Station House Officer (SHO) of Kotwali Nagar police station did not pay heed to the complaints of the deceased’s families,”

The SSP has suspended SHO Munshi Ashok and inspector Dhuvar Bhushan Dubey of Kotwali Nagar for not taking immediate action in the case.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem and further investigation is underway.
