Various colleges of the University of Delhi (DU) released their first cut-off lists for undergraduate admissions on Thursday and Friday.
The admission process was delayed for the academic year 2019-20, which made a lot of students anxious. However, once again, it was the cut-offs that left students with little to cheer about.
Hindu College had the highest cut-off at 99% for their Political Science course.
Twitter was abuzz with discussion around the ‘impossible’ marks that students have to achieve for admissions in DU. From witty to nervous, here are the reactions.
A Twitter user also questioned the facilities that DU provides in comparison to the marks that it demands for admissions.
Some Twitter users also accused Delhi University of making “life tough for students”.
A Twitter user was quick to remember the yesteryears after hearing the latest cut-offs. The user said, “I am glad I was born a decade back.”
