All stars are not born in a studio. Some are born on the street. These are dynamic storytellers who tell real stories and create a unique kind of art. Art without facade. Art without makeup. Art without script or stage. Art that is raw and uninhibited.

This is India’s largest street expression, and it will not go unheard.

For the first time ever, India’s most talented street artists are collaborating in Suede gully, the largest street art performance the country has ever seen. 8 rappers. 36 dancers. 7 artists, and countless creators hailing from four different parts of the country - Mumbai, Delhi, Madurai, Shillong - are coming together to tell their stories in an incredible music video. The performance features three different forms of street art - music, graffiti, and dance - and is directed by Sasha Rainbow. The music has been composed by Sneha Khanwalkar, and features the high-energy hip hop of Prabh Deep, Khasi Bloodz and Madurai Souljour who rap in Punjabi, Khasi, and Tamil, along with hip-hop legend, Divine who performs in Hindi. The dance crews feature Mukti Mohan and include Unity One, Black Ice Crew, Unity Crew, and Beast Mode Crew. Shilo Shiv Suleiman is bringing street art to vibrant, glorious life with artists like Anpu and Baadal Nanjudaswamy.

From the local trains of Mumbai to the narrow lanes of Shillong to the graffiti laden walls of Madurai to the pulsating heart of Delhi, they will take you on an unforgettable journey across the country through its streets. You can get a glimpse of what’s coming on 5th November in the teaser below :
