Shakila is a domestic help and is bringing up four daughters singlehandedly as her husband died in 2014. Now Farheen, the eldest, is no more. She died in the Murud beach tragedy on Monday. She used to also work part-time after college to help her mother support the family.

Shakila appeals in the video that children should not take safety for granted and must always remember that it is not just their life alone at stake when they are taking risks. A child’s death can destroy an entire family.
