Raining Hell in Mumbai

A day after monsoon hit Mumbai, claims made by the Railway department on its preparedness stand on shaky ground. Local services of the Western, Central and Harbour line were disrupted with many trains delayed for hours, some even cancelled. Thousands of office-goers crowded the stations which was a stampede hazard. Protests broke out in Diva station near Thane while Sandhurst road, Masjid and Sion reported submerged tracks. Is the Railways ready for round two and three and four?
