After scurrying through piles of cute photographs, the jury at the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals seems to have decided on the cutest Indian dog. Two-year old Rosco from Hyderabad broke into a ‘whoof’ after was declared the undisputed winner of a ‘cutey pagent’ organised by the animal rights outfit.

Rosco was found tied to a tea shop in Hyderabad, when he caught Spandan Raj’s attention. Elated at his cute victory, Raj recollected the day she found her four-legged love.

Around two years ago, I found Rosco tied to a tea stall in Hyderabad. Thereafter, we brought him home. He is a happy and loving dog

While Rosco tip-toed away with the first prize, Nekti Karmakar from Kolkata came second followed by Goa’s Petu.
