The Quint caught up with batsman Suresh Raina during an event in Mumbai. The 30-year-old, who played his last match for India against England in February, said that he still has ‘the fire to play for India’.
On Ashish Nehra’s retirement from all forms of cricket, the batsman said that Nehra has been through a lot and has worked really hard for Team India.
Raina also spoke about his daughter Gracia and wife Priyanka Chaudhary. He said that he feels lucky to have his daughter by his side and is in a happy space when he goes back home from a game.
