A mechanised dinosaur at the Giga Dinosaur Exhibition 2017, Chiba grabbed the attention of a lot of dinosaur lovers in Japan. The crowd got up close and personal with the frighteningly realistic animatronic model of the prehistoric creature and its ilk who ruled the earth some 160 million years ago.

A full-scale animatronic T-Rex and a brand new skeletal reconstruction of a Ruyangosaurus were exhibited to the public on Saturday. The huge model standing at 38 metres (approximately 125 feet) long and 14 metres (approximately 50 feet) tall, weighs in at 130 tonnes.
