Swift Dzire Driver from Noida Expressway Accident Detained

A 28-year-old resident of Mandawali in Delhi was killed after three cars – a Swift Dzire, a Lamborghini and a Maruti Eeco – collided at sector 135 near the Noida Expressway, Uttar Pradesh on 8 July.

The three vehicles were going from Greater Noida to Delhi. The driver of the Swift Dzire has been detained after being found in Bulandshahr, Hindustan Times reported.

The Lamborghini driver is yet to be traced.

The Maruti Eeco driver was critically injured in the accident and died before we could take him to a hospital. The victim is identified as 28-year-old Asad Ahmed, a resident of Mandawali in Delhi.

CCTV video footage shows the Maruti Eeco car flying off the road after it was hit by a Lamborghini which in turn was hit by the Swift Dzire.
