An activist has taken to cycling underwater in an attempt to spread awareness about the dangers of climate change. If sea levels continue to rise, this is how you will have to commute in the future, says Alison Teal.

The 30-year-old a documentary maker mounted her bike in Maldives – the lowest lying country in the earth – in a bid to highlight climate change. Footage shows the activist struggling to peddle her bike on the seabed, against the current.
