Nikki Haley, the US ambassador to the United Nations told the UN Security Council that the United States "will look at every country that does business with North Korea as a country that is giving aid to their reckless and dangerous nuclear intentions."
Haley made the comments as the UN Security Council held its second emergency meeting in a week about North Korea after the country said it detonated a hydrogen bomb underground on 3 September.
Nikki Haley, also added that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's actions indicate that he is "begging for war."
Despite our efforts over the past 24 years, the North Korean nuclear program is more advanced and more dangerous than ever. They now fire missiles over Japanese airspace. They now have ICBM capabilities. They now claim to have tested a hydrogen bomb and just this morning there are reports that the regime is preparing for yet another ICBM launch. To the members of this of the Security Council, I must say enough is enough.Nikki Haley, US Ambassador to the UN Security Council
