The Indian cricket team fans took to the streets in various parts of the country to express their disappointment over India’s 180-run loss to Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy final at The Oval in London on Sunday.

While some fans broke television sets and burned players’ posters, security was beefed up at MS Dhoni’s house in Ranchi to counter stone-pelting by angry fans.

However, there were some fans that stayed loyal to the Indian team. They understood that it wasn’t India’s day.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s father KP Singh said that the Indian players gave their best, but cricket is a game of uncertainties.
