Heavy rains have wreaked havoc in Rajasthan lately. About 50 students had to be rescued by locals after a bus got trapped in a waterlogged underpass. The dramatic rescue took place in Dausa, Rajasthan. Students stood huddled on the roof of the submerged bus while the locals attempted to save them. None of the students reported any injuries.

Heavy rains and floods have caused huge loss of life and property in various parts of the country this year. Over 500 people have lost their lives due to rains and floods in 2018, with Kerala being the worst-hit state.
