An ardent follower of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has offered a gold crown weighing 1.25 kg, to Lord Hanuman at Varanasi's Sankat Mochan temple on the occasion of PM Modi's 69th birthday.
The man, identified as Arvind Singh had vowed to offer a gold crown to Lord Hanuman if PM Narendra Modi, who contested from the Varanasi constituency, came back to power at the Centre for a second term.

He (PM Modi) is someone who is building the nation in a way that was not done in the past 70 years. Arvind Singh had offered the gold crown to Lord Hanuman on 16 September, on the eve of PM Modi's birthday.
