Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel posted at Balasore railway station in Odisha were caught on camera mercilessly thrashing a differently-abled man at the Balasore railway station.
The jawans were seen in the video clip kicking the man with their boots, while many people have surrounded him. His crutches were spread over on the floor, the man was lying helplessly.
The man had allegedly stolen a mobile phone.
