California based photographer Charleton Churchill is redefining wedding photography with a twist like no other. He is an adventure wedding photographer who documents weddings in locations quite unheard off.
James and Ashley had one such wedding. Dressed in a tuxedo and a wedding dress, the couple exchanged their vows at 14,000 feet and at -22.2 degree Celsius. Yes, you read that right. Braving snow and bone-chilling cold, the couple, along with Churchill, hiked to the Everest Base Camp. They had one hour thirty minutes to eat, get married, pack up, and head back in the helicopter.
Churchill shoots close to 40 weddings a year. He’s shot in national parks, high altitude mountains and other adventure-ridden spots. Cheers to more such ‘adventures’!
