This 15-year-old teenager, Raman Raikvar, from Qadian, a small town in Punjab in northern India, suffers from an extreme case of dwarfism. His condition has imposed restriction his growth. At just 32-inches, Raman is half the size of an average kid of his age.
But, despite his diminutive built, Raman beams with joy and says he doesn’t feel ’sad’ to be small. “I am very happy with myself. I know I am very tiny and might never grow tall like my friends and other children, but I do not have any complaints or regrets. People love me and that is what all matters,” says Raman with a broad grin on his face.
But Raman has bigger dreams in eyes. He wants to tickle the funny bones of the audience with his witty jokes. “I want to be known as the world’s tiniest stand-up comedian. I feel great joy when people laugh at my jokes and I feel I can use my talent to earn name and fame,” he signs off.
