There was high drama at a news conference organized by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) on Tuesday. A DCW member came out in open support of AAP leader Kumar Viswas. She said he is innocent with regard to speculation that he had a relationship with an AAP member.
The incident occurred at a press conference when Barkha Singh, DCW Chairperson, was answering questions regarding a second summons that was issued to Vishwas relating to the affair.
Juhi Khan, an AAP leader who is part of the commission began arguing with fellow-member Barkha Singh, a Congress leader. Khan, said that Vishwas was being targeted unfairly.
Barkha Singh was immediately on the defensive.
Juhi Khan was sent by AAP to disrupt the press conference. She is not part of the investigative team that is looking into the issue.

In return, Khan then said that she was resigning and left the conference in a huff.
The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) had on Monday issued summons to Vishwas and his wife after an AAP volunteer approached it seeking redressal against speculation that she and Vishwas had had a relationship.
