Usman Khawaja may be having a bit of a tough time cementing his place in the Australian cricket team but a viral 12 second video has made sure his spot in news space is booked for a few days to come.
On Tuesday, before the third ODI against New Zealand - the Aussie team gathered for the customary national anthem. They sang it. Started the match and lost it by 55 runs.
End of story?
Not really.
Some time on Wednesday a Facebook page posted this video that shows just what was going down during the national anthem that preceded the game!
While the team had each other’s arms linked to each other’s shoulders and waist - apparently that got a bit boring for Usman Khawaja. Adam Zamba the victim of his sense of humour!
With more than 12 lakh views of that one video in less than a day - Khawaja had some explaining to do.
