A daredevil free-climber has filmed himself hanging from a 150-feet high water tower with just one hand – despite being hospitalised following a similar stunt six months ago.

Thrill-seeker Matthew Adams was filmed dangling from part of the dilapidated Severalls Hospital in Colchester, Essex, clinging on to just a pal’s wrist.

Matthew, who calls himself an urban explorer, had just recovered after a fall from a viaduct in February 2014. His catalogue of broken bones from the accident included both heels, his pelvis, an arm, a wrist, two vertebrae in his back and his sacrum.
