Former steel factory worker Zarko Hrgic is a 61-year-old man who lives in a cave near Babina river in Babino village, near the central Bosnian town of Zenica.

Hrgic has been living there since he was deported almost ten years ago for staying illegally in Germany.

His typical day includes feeding strays, bathing in the river and searching for food discarded in garbage bins in cities, as well as cigar butts, from which he makes improvised cigars.
