Sachin Tendulkar posted a 2-minute ‘teaser’ of his biographical film "Sachin: A Billion Dreams" and safe to say, this is not one you'll want to miss.
“I was just 10 years old when India won the World Cup in 1983. That is where my journey started. I too wanted to hold the World Cup trophy in my hand some day,” narrates Sachin as the trailer takes you to the start of the cricket legend’s journey.
Narrated by him, the trailer also features never-seen-before footage of Sachin with his wife and children.
Anjali in fact also takes over the narration duties for a bit:
Cricket was always first and we came later. We had all accepted that. When the team would not do well, he would be so upset he wouldn’t even be able to sleep at night.Anjali Tendulkar
The video also touches upon what was possibly Sachin, and the Indian cricket team’s, darkest phase:
It was the worst phase for Indian cricket. As a sportsman, you have to learn to get back on your feet and start competing again.Sachin Tendulkar
