Phones, air purifiers, rice cooker, powerbank and flying drones. That’s Xiaomi in a nutshell for you. And now, the China-based brand is venturing into the eco-friendly territory with its first-ever electric foldable urban commuter cycle called QiCycle.

The QiCycle is made of carbon fibre, loaded with sensors and weighs a meagre 7 kg.

Microsoft’s Surface series was finally made available for Indian consumers but at Rs 70,000, it’s as pricey as the Apple MacBook. You get other affordable 2-in-1(tablet-laptop) options but frankly, most of them are meant for basic activities like surfing the web and watching movies.

So, when Smartron came up with its t.book 2-in-1 we didn’t harbour much hope with for Microsoft’s me-too product.
