The Quint is now on Facebook’s much-awaited Instant Articles for Android and iOS. With only seven months behind it, The Quint is the youngest among the five Indian media publishers to be on Facebook’s Instant Articles platform.

The Instant Articles feature for publishers allows us to create feature-rich content on Facebook, which will be hosted on the social media platform itself. Right now, when publishers share news, articles and videos on their Facebook feed, it takes about 8 seconds for the page to load.

But as the content will be hosted on Facebook’s servers it will load instantly for users, hence, Instant Articles.
