If you’ve always wanted to play laser tag like Barney Stinson from the popular sitcom How I Met Your Mother, then you finally might get the chance.
A US-based game design company Supersuit has globally launched the world’s first wearable platform ‘SuperSuit’, that incorporates
gesture control technology with outdoor gaming.
Don’t believe us? Take a look at this:
First launched at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January, ‘SuperSuit’ reduces screen time, increases social interaction, encourages physical activities and supports non-violent gaming, according to the company.
The ‘SuperSuit’ comprises two units – a vest and glove. The laser tags on the gaming gear work with gesture control technology.
While the vest records hits and displays scores in form of lights, audio and haptic feedback, the glove enables the interactivity between players with triggers to send beams, the company adds.
In addition, one can ensure the safety of the kid using the suit with the help of the app available for the phone. The app allows parents to monitor their children’s fitness data and track their location.
‘SuperSuit’ will be available for pre-order from September this year.
