Samsung Gear VR offers a 360-degree immersive viewing experience that’s dubbed to be the future of technology across spheres. You can buy the Gear VR in India for Rs 8,200 which promises to offer better VR results than the inexpensive Google Cardboard without costing as much as its other competitors.

How Does It Work?

Samsung Gear VR is pairable with the Galaxy series which supports the content available on the Oculus app store. Download the app, sign-in to your account to enjoy the VR goodness that comes packed with the ecosystem. The device is compatible with Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 Edge+ right now.

We understand Samsung’s interest in keeping the device confined to their family, but, we would love it if more Galaxy phones would work with the Gear VR as this will attract more buyers.
