What is Jio Prime?

Jio Prime, as Mukesh Ambani pointed out, is Jio’s way of thanking its 100 million and over customers. By paying Rs 99 for one year, Jio Prime provides you access to introductory 4G internet plan at Rs 303 per month up to 31 March 2018.

Jio Prime will be available to existing Jio users and can be available from 1 March to 31 March 2017 using the MyJio app, Jio website or at any Reliance Digital retail store.

What Do You Get for Rs 303 per Month with Jio Prime?

With Jio Prime, Jio users are extending their use of Happy New Year Offer (1GB per day data cap) by paying Rs 303 every month. This, as Reliance Jio claimed, works out as Rs 10 per GB (30GB data = Rs 303 per month).

No other telcos have managed to match up to what Jio has announced. And by making their services chargeable, Jio has ensured most of the freeloaders on its network will move away. This could probably offer fast speed that Jio has been promising since day one.
