The latest PUBG update 0.13.0 is here and it’s offering a new 4v4 Team Deathmatch mode and Godzilla theme in the gameplay. The changes were teased in a beta update, few weeks ago and now the final version is being rolled out in phases.
The update is 1.9 GB in size for Android and up to 2.45 GB for iOS users. Team Deathmatch will be available in the Survive Till Dawn mode under the EvoGround section where a team of four players will compete in a 10-minute round.
The first team to get 40 kills in that time period or get maximum kills within 10 minutes wins the round.
The update also adds a new Bizon gun, Kar98k skin and new clothing.
Team Deathmatch will be available in both first person and third person perspective.
Additionally, there is also a 'last man standing' Deathmatch mode where players can create their own rooms with room cards which can be purchased from the Google Play Store.
The update also brings additional security features for gamers where PUBG has upgraded its third-party app prevention system and enhanced detection of cheating and use of emulators, virtual apps and modifiers.
This is an important addition considering that there were many players who were complaining about hackers and cheater who manipulated the gameplay to their advantage.
