PUBG is all set to introduce new updates to its mobile multiplayer game in the coming days.
It’s not known when the update will actually roll out but the new 0.15.0 update will introduce a new vehicle and a player feature that will let players grab ledges and climb buildings.
This is the first time that PUBG is experimenting with player control dynamics and this will surely be a welcome addition to the game.
The game will add a BRDM-2 vehicle which will be replacing the armoured UAZ — a Russian utility vehicle. The BRDM-2 can be summoned using a flare gun outside the safe zone and this time it will come with bulletproof tyres. This vehicle will be able to take more damage than before.
The game will also add the ledge grab feature which will let players grab onto building ledges and explore spots they were not able to reach before. They will also be able to grab onto other objects likes crates and containers.
This feature is very similar to something you saw in the Assassin’s Creed series where the game’s character is able to hang on to building ledges and jump from one ledge to the other.
In addition to all this, players are also getting an exploding gas can. The red canisters which are used for refuelling cars, can now be used as explosives as well. Shooting or setting the can on fire will lead to explosion.
You cannot toss the canister like a grenade, however you will be able to place them in certain spots and then shoot the can if an enemy player is near it.
