If you’re tired of killing bots then it’s time to kill some zombies! PUBG has introduced a beta version of its famous online mobile multiplayer game which also has a Zombie Mode in where you get to kill the walking dead from the famous movie franchise Resident Evil.

The game has not been released on the Google Play Store or the App Store and is only available via a third-party link.

Here’s the link to download the new PUBG Beta update: Download Link.

The new update offers many additions like dynamic weather and even cinematic effects of the sunset.

The new time-limited event mode gives a chance to the players to take part in a fight to survive battle on Erangel, but this time you encounter Zombies and Bosses from Resident Evil 2 which also spawn on the map! You can collect resources by killing them.

I tried playing the beta version but DID NOT encounter any zombies or bosses.

Here’s a list of all the updates available with the new PUBG Beta 0.10 update:

Snapshot
  • Added RE2: Sunset, a new time-limited event mode. Fight to survive as usual on Erangel, but Zombies and Bosses from Resident Evil 2 will also spawn on the map! Kill them to get resources and items.
  • Added Resident Evil 2 main menu theme and music.
  • Added weather: Moonlight to Vikendi.
  • Added Personal Spaces, where player information and Connections are displayed. Select a friend with Synergy 400 or above as Partner to stand by your side in your Space!
  • Added push-to-talk chat in matches.
  • Sanhok is now available in Arcade - Quick Match.
  • Added feature form our PC counterpart: Air raid adjustment. In Sanhok and Vikendi, the size of the air raid area is reduced as the safe zone reduces in size.

The beta version can be installed alongside the stable version of the game and you can use the same ID to run the beta version as well. As this is a beta version, you can expect a lot of bug and issues which you can obviously report using the Report option in the game’s menu.

There’s no information as to when the final version of the new update will be rolled out.
