Google is all set to launch the next generation of Nexus smartphones at an event in California on September 29th, but LG played spoiler.
The LG Nexus 5X has been listed already on Amazon India, revealing the specifications that the phone will offer to users.
Though the website has not put an image on the listing, it sure looks like someone at LG jumped the gun.
Google plans to launch two screen sizes on their Nexus lineup this year and these will be running on Google’s latest operating system Android Marshmallow.
The listing shows that the LG Nexus 5X will be available in three different colour options of Quartz White, Ice Blue and Charcoal Black. The Nexus 5X will sport a 5.2-inch FHD display at a pixel density of 423pp and will be powered by a Qualcomm MSM8992 hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, paired with 2GB RAM.
The Nexus 5X will have a 12.3-megapixel primary camera along with a 5-megapixel front camera. The device will include a 2700mAh battery.
This time around, Google plans to launch two Nexus smartphones – the LG-made 5.2-inch Nexus 5X and the Huawei Nexus 6P which will have a 6-inch display and better specs.
