Firefox is now officially available for iOS.
Mozilla has been planning to launch the browser for years for iPhone and iPad users and now has finally rolled it out. The Firefox Browser was available to all Android users, but it took some time for the company to launch it on iOS because of disputes over the use of Apple’s standards that prevented Mozilla from making the switch.
There are new features for iOS users like private browsing, sync across devices, and intelligent searches.
The iOS launch of the Mozilla browser is very late in coming and will be facing tough competition from Safari and Chrome.
But Firefox loyalists will be happy.
