Google CEO Sundar Pichai ‘s first overseas trip, ever since he took over as the head of one of the world’s largest technology companies, will be to India, later this month.

During his visit, the India-born CEO is expected to meet President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, according to PTI.

Pichai will attend a dinner hosted by President Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhavan along with business leaders. He will also meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Pichai, 43, will also be delivering the keynote address at the Google for India event on December 16 in New Delhi. He’s expected to share Google’s plans for India, an important market for the tech giant.

The 43-year-old alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur had met Modi in September during the Prime Minister’s visit to the Silicon Valley in September. Google had then announced that it will collaborate with the Indian Railways to provide wi-fi services at 500 stations by next year. Pichai had also announced that Google will enable users to type in 11 Indian languages, including Modi’s mother tongue Gujarati on its Android platform.
