Mark Zuckerberg, CEO, Facebook has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons over the past 12 months or so. He claims that his social networking platform is learning from its past mistakes and is on course to improving the hygiene on the internet.
To prove his claims, Zuckerberg will host the keynote of the tenth Facebook F8 developer conference on 30 April in the United States, and hopefully, the world will accept that change is in the offing.
In addition to the developments at Facebook, Zuckerberg is also going to chalk out the road map for WhatsApp and Instagram, the other two big social media stalwarts at the Palo Alto based technology company. Here’s everything you need to know about Facebook F8 and also get details about when and where to watch it live.
Keynote Live Stream
Mark Zuckerberg will start his keynote at 10:30PM (IST) from the F8 conference and the live streaming will be made available via Facebook’s F8 Developer page or you can head over to the F8 website to view the hour-long session.
In order to stream the video from the website, you’ll have to sign up with an email ID or use a Facebook ID to start streaming.
As for the highlights of what’s expected from the keynote, Zuckerberg could make a slew of announcements around WhatsApp, Instagram, and gaming is likely to be a big point of discussion this year.
There have been rumours that F8 will also be the platform on which Facebook could debut its voice assistant, that will compete with Amazon’s Alexa and Google Assistant.
We’ll hear more about this in less than 30 hours and you can stay tuned to The Quint live blog, to get all the updates from the keynote.
