Chinese company Coolpad has officially made its debut in India by taking the covers off their two new smartphones the Dazen 1 and the Dazen X7. Both smartphones will be exclusively available on e-commerce marketplace Snapdeal starting June 9.
The Coolpad Dazen X7 is priced at Rs 17, 999 and features a 5.2 inch super AMOLED display with a 1080p resolution. The phone is powered by the MT6595 octa- core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.7 GHz. The phone also has 3 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal memory.
The Dazen X1 is 6.5mm thick and weighs 141 grams. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS with the Cool UI 6.0 skin on top. For camera lovers the phone sports a a 13 megapixel sensor with f /1.8 wide aperture, 28mm wide-angle primary camera and an 8 megapixel, illuminated Sony IMX214 front camera for selfies. There is also a 2,700 mAh battery on board and the phone is 4G LTE capable and comes with dual SIM card slots.
The other phone launched was the Coolpad Dazen 1 that is priced at Rs 6,999. The Dazen 1 sports a 5-inch HD display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor with 2GB RAM.
The phone has just 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 3GB via microSD card. It also runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with Coolpad’s own customized UI skin.
The Dazen 1 get an 8 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front facing for selfies. The phone gets a 2,500 mAh battery and is a Dual SIM smartphone too.
Registrations to buy the phone are starting May 28, 2015 on Snapdeal.
