Great news for online multiplayer mobile gamers! One of the biggest PC and console first-person shooter games, Call of Duty, is coming to mobile and is set to launch in India in November this year, according to a report by Digit.

Tencent had announced that the game will be coming soon and even opened it for pre-registration on the Google Play Store. However, reports suggest that the game is now expected to be launched at the company’s Unite India event to be held on 14-15 November.

Here’s a look at the gameplay of the upcoming Call of Duty: Mobile.

Though the game has been created by Activision and Tencent, in India it will be distributed under the umbrella of Unity, since it uses Unity's engine.

It is also said that the developer of the game will be pushing out a beta version of the game in end June or July first week this year.

The game is based on the first-person shooter platform and is very similar to the console version of the game. For the mobile version, the developers are looking to offer 60fps performance, low latency and responsive controls.

Post launch, it will be in direct competition with PUBG Mobile, an online multiplayer game, which has become a rage in India.

In terms of the gameplay, Call of Duty: Mobile is expected to offer multiplayer game modes like Search and Destroy, Team Deathmatch, Free-For-All and even a Zombie Mode.

The developers are looking to optimise the game for high-end phones. However, work will continue to make the game compatible across all kinds of devices.
