Apple announced three new iphones -iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR at its product launch event at the Steve Jobs Theater in California on the midnight of 13 September.
Apple Inc CEO Tim Cook kick-started the proceedings by announcing the new Apple Watch Series 4.
- The new iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max will be available in India by end of this month
- Apple Watch OS will be available to all users from across the globe from 17 September onwards
- New iPhones support Dual-SIM but markets like India will get the eSIM variant

New Apple iPhone Prices For India
The new iPhones are prices at following rates:
- iPhone XR starts at Rs. 76,900 and is available from October 2018.
- iPhone XS starts at Rs. 99,900 and is available from the end of September.
- iPhone XS Max starts at Rs 1,09,900 and is available from the end of September.
No One More Thing, Apple?
Turns out, Apple did not have a ‘one more thing’ to show this year and Apple Inc CEO Tim Cook, as always, thanked the media for coming to the event.
Storage Options In the New iPhones
The new iPhones; iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will come to India by end of this month. The iPhone XR will be available from October end in India.
This version gets three storage options – 64 and 128 GB and 256 GB, while the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will be offered in 64 GB, 256 GB and a staggering 512GB variations.
The price tags were also revealed with the leaks, so no surprises there, either.
Apple iPhone XR Announced
Phill Schiller claims that even with a bigger screen size, the iPhone XR will be easier to use than the iPhone 8 Plus, which measures at 5.5-inch.
The notch and the screen-to-body ratio ensures that the dimensions are more than manageable. It also is powered by the A12 processor but only a single camera sensor at the back on the iPhone XR.
