The ‘game changer’ from Nikon, the D850 has been officially launched in India starting at Rs 2,57,950 (only body). The camera will be available for sale starting 7 September.

The camera has been introduced keeping in mind the growing segment of wedding photographers and those in the field of nature, wildlife and events photography.
The Nikon D850 is a full-frame DSLR that comes with a 45.7 megapixel sensor and supports 4k video recording along with 8k time-lapse. The 8k time-lapse requires a third party software.
The camera also comes with 153 auto-focus points and sports a 0.75x large viewfinder. It lets you capture images at 7 frames per second (FPS) but also gives you the option to shoot 9 FPS with a battery pack.
The D850 also offers the ‘Silent Photography’ feature where pictures can be clicked using an electronic shutter.
Low-light photography isn’t a problem thanks to the ISO range from 64 to 25,600.
