Instagram Website and App Crash For Three Hours, Back Now

Reports of social media platform Instagram crashing started coming in from Tuesday morning, 5 June. A website that track the reports of apps crashing around the globe said there were as many as 5,545 reports of Instagram crashing.

People took to Twitter to check if they were the only ones facing the issue, only to find their timelines flooded with reports of the app crashing. Some even came up with solutions to fix the crash.

For INSTAGRAM CRASH fix:

From a Home screen, touch and swipe up or down to display all apps.

From a Home screen, navigate: Settings > Apps.

Tap App Manager.

Locate then tap Instagram.

Tap Storage.

Tap CLEAR CACHE.

Tap Cached data.

Tap CLEAR.
