3. Two Awesome Daredevil ‘Jetmen’ Fly Alongside an Airbus A380

In what can only be called a crazy feat, two ‘jetmen’ have taken flying to the next level.

Swiss daredevil Yves Rossy, also known as, the Jetman, flew with his protege Vince Reffet, with their carbon fibre jet wings in a formation with an Emirates A380 airliner. The flight took place over the Dubai skyline.

It was an insane stunt that may give the pilot of the A380 nightmares for years to come. The stunt was carefully choreographed while cruising at just 4,000 feet.

4. Lionel Messi Now Tata Motors’ Global Brand Ambassador

In a major marketing initiative, auto major Tata Motors has roped in football star Lionel Messi as the global brand ambassador for its passenger vehicles portfolio.

Tata Motors, which is India’s largest automobile company with consolidated revenues of Rs 2,62,796 crore in 2014-15, will soon launch an exclusive, limited edition merchandising range of this association.

5. Guess What Bullet Lovers? Enfield is Setting up Another Plant

Royal Enfield, the two-wheeler arm of Eicher Motors, plans to set up its third plant in Tamil Nadu. The move is an attempt to double its motorcycle production capacity to around nine lakh units per annum by 2018.

The company is already in the process of raising production capacity at its two plants in the outskirts of Chennai, to 4.5 lakh units per annum by the end of this year.

Eicher Motor’s board, which met this week, accorded in-principle approval for additional capacity creation at Royal Enfield.

In the last quarter, Royal Enfield had taken some significant steps as part of its growth strategy of leading and expanding the mid-sized motorcycle segment (250-750cc) globally.
