The six-speed automatic transmission option is available only on the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine model that does not have the smart-hybrid (integrated starter generator) system with it.

The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with the smart-hybrid system, puts out slightly better fuel efficiency at 15.8 kmpl (claimed), but is available only with a six-speed manual transmission.

The diesel engine is a 2-litre unit, similar to the Jeep Compass and Tata Harrier. It also uses the same transmission as the Jeep Compass, a six-speed manual unit.
