Think Ferrari and a crazy-fast, mind-blowing red sports car comes to mind. Usually, you won’t picture a family sitting in it as these cars are built only for two.

But what if the Italian automaker comes out with a four-seater offering that promises to be a typical Ferrari while being a comfortable-four seater? Might sound unreal, but the company unveiled a car that is exactly that at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show – the GTC4 Lusso.

Since the car is built for four, it comes loaded with technologies like a 10.25 inch, full HD capacitive touchscreen and according to the company, the interior layout has been designed in such a way that all controls are in reach of both the driver and the passenger sitting next to him/her.

Despite being a four-seater, the expectations (specially in terms of performance) are always high from a Ferrari. To meet them, the company has fitted the car with a 6262cc V12 engine that comes connected with an F1 style 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The engine churns out an impressive 680 horsepower and 697 Nm of tor, and goes from a standstill to 100 km/h in a matter of 3.4 seconds, just like a typical Ferrari.

The GTC4 Lusso then, checks all the boxes being a four-seater and a Ferrari at the same time, but there is one more thing that comes with cars with a prancing horse badge on them – a high price.

This one too, will cost a bomb. But then again, those who can afford a Ferrari won’t really complain.
