Ford is one of the most iconic auto brands part of the racing scene. At the Le Mans 24 Hours on Saturday, Ford displayed its GT Race legacy with a car prototype made completely out of LEGO that was seen racing at the event.
The LEGO version of the GT Race car was made in around 3 weeks according to the company, using a staggering 40,000 bricks.
Taking three weeks, 40,000 bricks, and a whole lot of patience – it’s the LEGO version of the Ford GT race car
that will be raced at the Le Mans 24 Hours.
As you can see, the LEGO Ford GT race car uses the #66 race number and details include the same green wing mirrors and screen
top visor as the full-sized car.
