Defending champions of the Indian Premier League, Mumbai Indians came together to celebrate Diwali on Thursday night in, well, Mumbai as their team owners threw them a lavish bash.

Coach Mahela Jayawardene, Director of Cricket Operations Zaheer Khan, captain Rohit Sharma along with cricketers Yuvraj Singh, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya and Siddhesh Lad were in attendance.

Yuvraj, who was bagged by the franchise in the 2019 auction for his base price, announced retirement from international cricket and the IPL earlier this year.
