A triumphant India will take on Bangladesh at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Speaking to the press ahead of their clash on Wednesday, Nehra said that they wouldn’t be taking Bangladesh lightly.
He spoke highly of young Mustafizur Rahman, who he thinks has a “god-gifted slow ball” and a very bright future in the shorter formats of the game.
Rooting for teammates Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma, Nehra said that Indians “live in the moment” and are quick to judge. He reminded journalists of Shikhar Dhawan’s award-winning knock in the Asia Cup final.
