West Indies debutant Rahkeem Cornwall got his maiden Test wicket as Cheteshwar Pujara was caught at backward point for 6 on the opening day of the second Test against India at Sabina Park.

The visitors were hence reduced to 46/2 in 16.5 overs during the first session of the day on Friday, 30 August.

Earlier, Cornwall had taken a catch at slip off captain Jason Holder’s delivery to dismiss opener KL Rahul for 13 in the 7th over.

West Indies won the toss and chose to bowl against India in the second Test at Sabina Park in Kingston in Jamaica on Friday, 30 August.

While India have gone for an unchanged playing XI, Rahkeem Cornwall and Jahmar Hamilton makes his debut for West Indies.

Part of the World Test Championship, India lead the two-match series 1-0 after they beat the host by a massive 318 runs in Antigua.

For India, Ajinkya Rahane starred with the bat while Ishant Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah picked up 14 wickets among themselves to inflict the humiliating defeat.
