Steve Smith had Glenn Maxwell for company when Australia started Day 2 of the Ranchi Test. Both batsmen walked out in the middle, slated to add to the overnight score of 299/4.
First up at the crease was Maxwell. Playing his first Test in two and a half years, the Aussie was batting on 82 and faced Umesh Yadav.
First ball and the Aussies were dealt their first setback. Glenn Maxwell lost the bottom half of this bat.
