KK Ojha got married in 2018 and was blessed with a daughter just 17 days before he made the ultimate sacrifice for the country. He never got to see his daughter.

Ojha, 26, was a native of Dihari village of Sahibganj district in Jharkhand. Inclined to join the Indian Army since childhood, he pursued his passion and joined in 2011 at the age of 18.

He last visited home five months ago and last spoke to his family sometime towards the end of May.
