Masood Azhar's CV got updated. He's not simply the founder of Pakistan-based terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammad, but he's now a "global terrorist" according to the UNSC. Usually updating the CV would mean a better job but unfortunately for Masood Azhar, now there are sanctions against him.
