Typhoon Hagibis, billed as Japan's worst in six decades, made landfall on Saturday, 12 October, and passed over the capital city of Tokyo. As of Sunday, seven people have died and 15 are missing, according to the Japanese government.
Rescue efforts are underway, with boats and helicopters are being deployed to the flooded areas, while rescue crews are working to get people out from homes buried by landslides.
